This is not the diet soup. This is a good low sodium, low calorie, low fat, vegetable soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Low sodium Cabbage Vegetable Soup

2 cup, chopped Cabbage
1 small Onions
0.25 serving Ruby Sensation Potatoes
2 serving Deluxe Stir Fry
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 serving Extra Spicy Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
8 tsp Seasoning Blend
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Low sodium Cabbage Vegetable Soup

Chop 2 cups of cabbage, one small onion, dice one small to medium red potato. Boil water in a pan drop one tomato in it, leave it in for a few minutes empty the hot water, run cold water on the tomato and then remove the skin by making a small slit in the tomato. The skin should peel away very easily. Measure 1 1/2 cup of the stir fry vegetables. Put everything into a medium sized pot. Add 4 cups of water and the Mrs. Dash. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for at least an hour. Longer is fine, just check to make sure the liquid is not boiling away. If it looks low add a little more water and a little more Mrs. Dash. Serve hot. The veggies make a very good broth with the Mrs. Dash, that is low sodium, low calorie, and low fat. The cabbage and other veggie have lots of fiber so the soup is filling and nutritious.
