Recipe Ingredients for Low Sodium Cabbage Soup

1 Onion chopped
3 Carrots
3 Celery Stalks
1/2 head Cabbage
24 oz Diced Tomato
64 oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Low Sodium Cabbage Soup

Chop Onion, Carrots and Celery and add to soup pot with broth and tomatoes. Bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for about 1 hour or until carrots soften. Add shredded cabbage and continue to simmer for another 15 to 30 minutes until cabbage is desired texture.
