Recipe Ingredients for Low Sodium Balsamic Chicken

15 oz raw Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
4 oz VIGO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1 serving 365 Organic Chicken Stock, Low Sodium
100 grams Balsamic Vinegar
3 serving Lemon Pepper Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 leaves Bay Leaves
2 tsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for Low Sodium Balsamic Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet.

  2. Sprinkle chicken with Mrs. Dash and garlic powder.

  3. Brown chicken in pan.

  4. Remove chicken.

  5. Add chicken stock and use to deglaze pan.

  6. Add balsamic vinegar.

  7. Add all other ingredients.

  8. Cook for 25 minutes per side or until chicken is done.
