1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Patty
1 serving Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
0.13 cup White Rice
2 tbsp chopped Onions
2 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Low Salt Stuffed Pepper

  1. Clean out bell pepper and cut off top. Puncture each low place on bottom of pepper.

  2. Mix all ingredients and mash into pepper.

  3. Place into a microwave safe dish and cook for 8 minutes
