2 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. peas
2 c. corn
2 c. asparagus
2 c. chopped carrots
2 c. broccoli
1 medium onion
32 oz. V8 100% Vegetable Juice Low Sodium
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. paprika
2 tsp. cumin
1 no salt [146882] serving Garlic Herb Seasoning Blend

Recipe Directions for Low Salt High Flavor Beef Vegetable Soup

Brown ground beef in stock pot. Drain. Add chopped onion to stock pot. Cook until soft and translucent. Add beef back into pot. Pour V-8 Juice in stock pot and add vegetables. Stir. Add Worcestershire Sauce and seasonings to taste. Simmer on low.
