Recipe Directions for low nickel/gluten/lectin diet

  1. Breakfast: bok choy & coconut milk omlette over rice w/ half avocado & lime juice. glass of water w/ apple cider vinegar.

  2. Lunch: coconut water, gala apple.

  3. Dinner: grilled chicken (fish ok) over curried rice w/ half avocado & lime juice. glass of water.

  4. Snack: green tea w/ honey, dill pickle.
