Very low gluten, full of fiber Yummy goodness. This is a really big serve, could probably halve it or share if you're not greedy :)

Recipe Ingredients for Low gluten apple and prune crumble

1/4 cup GF Sorghum Flour
3/10 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
7 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1 medium apple Apples
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup prunes
2 tsp light margerine

Recipe Directions for Low gluten apple and prune crumble

  1. Mix sorghum flour (also called Jowar Atta) Oats, cinnamon and 3 packets of Splenda

  2. Cut apple up fine or grate (leaving skin on) and cut up prunes.

  3. Mix prune and apple mix with 2 packets Splenda and 1 teaspoon of the Vanilla

  4. Put prune and apple mix in a single serve size oven proof bowl

  5. Pack the dry mixture of oats on top

  6. Pour the evaporated milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla over the dry mix

  7. Bake in a hot oven for 20 mins, till bubbling up at the sides

  8. ( you can microwave this for 2 mins, but is isn't as good, but it is a lot quicker)
