Low GI, Low Fat Banana and Raisin Cookies

Recipe Ingredients for Low G.I., Low Fat Banana and Raisin Cookies

230 grams flour
4 bananas
5 grams baking powder
30 grams olive oil
2 eggs
70 grams raisins

Recipe Directions for Low G.I., Low Fat Banana and Raisin Cookies

  1. Mash 3 bananas, leave one whole

  2. Mix in Wholemeal flower 
and baking powder.

  3. Mix in eggs and the olive oil. You should now have a paste like substance, don't worry if it's nothing like cookie dough.


  4. Chop up the remaining banana into chunks.

  5. Add the raisins and banana chunks.

  6. For extra yummyness add some sweetener.

  7. Line two baking trays with baking paper and blob out the banana paste in 12 dollops.


  8. Cook for 15 min at 190 C or 380F
