Low Fat, Low GI Cookies/Cakes with bananas, raisins, nuts

Recipe Ingredients for Low G.I., Low Fat Banana and Nut Cookies

3 Bananas
100 grams Wholemeal Plain Flour
120 grams Soy Flour
1 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
30 grams Walnuts
40 grams raisins
100 grams Apple Sauce

Recipe Directions for Low G.I., Low Fat Banana and Nut Cookies

  1. Mash the 4 bananas

  2. Mix in Wholemeal flower

  3. Mix in eggs and the softened butter. You should now have a paste like substance, don't worry if it's nothing like cookie dough.

  4. Add in the nuts and raisins and dehydrated bananas if you have them, if not, no worries.

  5. For extra yummyness add some sweetener and maybe some rolled oats.

  6. Line two baking trays with baking paper and blob out the banana paste in 12 dollops.

  7. Cook for 15 min at 190 C or 380F

  8. You (should) use Olive Oil for a healthier choice and better fats, I thought butter would taste better, but you can't even taste it. I also think you can use less oil/butter maybe 35-40 grams
