Recipe Ingredients for Low fat whole wheat pancakes

1 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp no calorie splenda
1 tbsp applesauce
1/2 cup egg beaters
2 cups light soy milk

Recipe Directions for Low fat whole wheat pancakes

Mix dry ingredients. Add Applesauce, egg beaters and soy milk. Mix well. Cook on griddle or waffle iron. Makes 30 small pancakes.
