Recipe Ingredients for low fat whole wheat pancakes

1 c whole wheat flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 egg
1 cup rice milk
1 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for low fat whole wheat pancakes

Stir together dry ingredients. Beat egg with milk in large bowl. Beat in oil, then add flour mixture. Stir until just combined. Pour 1/4 c scant onto hot griddle, cook and enjoy.
