Recipe Ingredients for Low fat walnut raisin cookies

2 c. spelt flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. tapioca starch
1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c. fat free sour cream
3/8 c. organic sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Recipe Directions for Low fat walnut raisin cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F

  2. Combine applesauce, sour cream, vanilla, sugars & egg whites in a large bowl. Add flour, salt, baking soda & starch, mix to combine. Add walnuts and raisins. Drop by tsp. onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes, cool & enjoy!
