Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Waffles

2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp applesauce
4 egg whites
2 cups skim milk

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Waffles

  1. mix first five ingredients and set aside

  2. beat egg whites until light and fluffy

  3. mix remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients. mix well

  4. add egg whites to mixture, mix until just combined
