Belgian Style Low fat Waffles. Perfect for fruit on top!

Recipe Ingredients for Low fat waffles

2 egg yolks
2 cups milk
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup olive oil
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Low fat waffles

  1. Combine flour and all dry ingredients.

  2. Stiffly beat egg whites. Set aside.

  3. Mix egg, yolks, milk and oil.

  4. Add flour to liquid ingredients. once combined add egg whites. Fold gently. Add vanilla or any other flavoring if desired. use 1/2 cup per waffle.
