Ingredients (Makes 20 servings) 2cups flour 4tsp baking powder 1/2tsp salt 1tbsp sugar 1tbsp applesauce 4 egg whites 2cups skim milk

2 cups Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
4 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Low-sodium
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tbsp Applesauce
4 Egg, White
2 cups Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Low fat waffles/pancakes

  1. mix first four ingredients

  2. add remaining ingredients. mix well.

  3. pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet/waffle iron.
