A lowER fat vegan banana bread. Can be whole wheat or white. Can sub in 1/4 cup oil to replace 1/4 of the apple sauce if desired.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Vegan Banana Bread (Veganomicon)

1/2 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 tbsp Molasses, Blackstrap
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
0.75 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Vegan Banana Bread (Veganomicon)

Mash bananas very well, then add wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients into bowl. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
