This one is made with lunch meat which is high in sodium. Use cooked chicken or turkey breast instead if you can to lower sodium value.

Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat Turkey and Swiss Quiche

223 g pie shell
84 g swiss cheese
102 g turkey breast
1 cup Egg Beaters
1 cup cottage cheese, non-fat
3/4 cup milk, 2% fat
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Low-Fat Turkey and Swiss Quiche

  1. Line frozen 9" pie shell with 4 slices of swiss cheese.

  2. Add chopped turkey breast and chopped veggies.

  3. Mix together: milk, Egg Beaters, cottage cheese, garlic and pepper, and pour on top of meat, etc. in pie shell.

  4. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
