Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat Turkey Soup

6 oz Turkey Breast Meat
4 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
0.5 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain
1 cup, diced Celery
1 small Onions
1.5 cup, shredded Cabbage
2 cube Bouillon
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Fat, Turkey

Recipe Directions for Low-Fat Turkey Soup

  1. Sautee Olive Oil, Garlic, Onionjs and celery until onions are translucent. add 2 cubes chicken Bouillon and 10 cups or so of water along with any spices you like, I use loads of pepper, some thyme, and summer savoury. Bring to boil. Once boiled put in turkey meat and scraps (bones etc add flavour, remember to remove from soup later), carrots, cabbage and rice. Simmer until rice is cooked and serve.

  2. Note: when leftovers are stored, water amount reduces, add water to your liking to bring volume back up.
