Delicious Low Fat, High Protein Turkey Muffings!

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Turkey Muffings

2 lb Turkey
3 Egg whites
1 cup wheat bran
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp thyme
2 tsp yellow mustard
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chipotle pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
100 g spring onions
150 g celery
1 red pepper

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Turkey Muffings

  1. Heat oven to 190 degrees.

  2. Chop the celery, spring onion and red pepper in small bits.

  3. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Mix the Turkey (lean meat) with the 3 egg whites and add the dried ingredients and veggies to make one single mix.

  5. You will need a 12 muffing tray, put JUST A BIT of spray low fat oil.

  6. Using your hands, make 12 muffings a bit smaller that a tennis ball and put them on the tray.

  7. Bake the muffings for 40 min.
