16 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
0.33 cup Ketchup
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 slice Whitewheat Sliced Bread
4 oz Cilantro
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Coriander Seed

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Turkey Burgers

  1. Ingredients:

  2. ? 1 pound extra-lean ground turkey

  3. ? 1/3 cup tomato ketchup

  4. ? 1/2 cup minced onion

  5. ? 1 slice bread made into breadcrumbs

  6. ? 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro

  7. ? 2 tsp chili powder

  8. ? 1 tsp cumin

  9. ? 1 tsp coriander

  10. Preparation:

  11. Gently combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Divide mixture into four and form four 1/2-inch thick patties.

  12. Grill turkey burgers for 5-6 minutes per side, to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
