5 ounces tuna, low sodium in water
2 tablespoons Plain Fat-Free Yogurt
20 g French Dijon Mustard
1 radish
2 baby carrots
1 stalk celery
1 tablespoon diced onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Tuna Salad

  1. Drain tuna.

  2. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Use for sandwiches or salads.
