I made this up so I could eat tuna (which is not one of my favorite foods unless it is slathered with mayo). The horseradish adds enough bite to cut the fishy flavor of the tuna. High in protein and low in fat - perfect for a weight loss diet!

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Tuna Salad

12 oz light tuna , drained
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 bell pepper, chopped

1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp horseradish
