20 grams Manzanilla Pimiento Stuffed Olives
30 grams Onions
30 grams Stirred Yogurt Plain
1 tsp French Dijon Mustard
10 grams Green Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
10 grams Green Pickled Jalapeno Peppers

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Tuna Salad

Chop onions, peppers and olives and add to tuna, in a large bowl. Add the yogurt and mustard. Mix well and add to sandwiches or toast.
