A Fellow Weight Watcher friend gave this recipe to me. Absolutely wonderful and filling comfort food.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Tuna Casserole

6 ounce tuna, drained
1 cup macaroni, raw
1 onion, chopped
14 ounce peas, drained
10 3/4 ounce cream of mushroom soup
1 cup skim milk
6 tablespoons low-fat cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Tuna Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Spray 8x8 pan with non stick spray.

  3. In a bowl, mix tuna, noodles, onion, peas, soup and milk.

  4. Pour into pan. Make sure noodles are covered by sauce.

  5. Sprinkle with cheese.

  6. Cover & Bake for 1 hour.
