Recipe Ingredients for Low fat Tortilla Soup

1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 T olive oil
2 t chili powder
1 t dried oregano
1 c tomatoes
1 c chicken broth
1 1/4 cups water
1 c corn
1 c black beans
1/4 c cilantro
2 chicken breast
1 oz tortilla chips
1 c refried beans

Recipe Directions for Low fat Tortilla Soup

  1. Cook chicken and dice

  2. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil

  3. Rinse black beans

  4. Add all ingredients

  5. Bring to boil and simmer for 40 minutes
