Low-fat, lower sugar version to traditional cole slaw and just enough sweet from the honey and raisins to compliment any fish entree.

Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat, Low-Sugar Cole Slaw with Raisins

2 cup, chopped Cabbage
1 serving Dressing
1/2 cup Vinegar red wine
1 oz Clover Honey
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 cup, grated Carrots
1 oz Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Low-Fat, Low-Sugar Cole Slaw with Raisins

Shred the cabbage to evenly chopped pieces equaling 2 cups. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate for at least a half hour. Stir again before serving. No added sodium in this side. Add salt or other seasoning after serving. Serves (6) - 2 oz servings.
