Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat Spinach Salad

2 cups of raw spinach
1/2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil - chopped
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp of feta cheese
1 slices of red onion
1/4 cups of chicken - shredded
5 shrimp - grilled
1 1/2 tbsp of Vinaigrette dressing

Recipe Directions for Low-Fat Spinach Salad

Prepare saute' skillet, add half tablespoon of olive oil and chopped garlic. Add 2 cups of spinach and saute' until just wilted. Place salad greens on plate, add shrimp, chicken feta cheese and onions. Sprinkle salad dressing over salad.
