Recipe Ingredients for Low-fat Spinach Dip

16 oz. frozen chopped spinach - thawed and drained
16 oz. plain yogurt - stonyfield
1.43 oz (Knorr) Vegetable Stock
1 cup light mayonnaise - olive oil
3 green onions
6 oz. water chestnuts

Recipe Directions for Low-fat Spinach Dip

  1. Thaw and drain spinach

  2. Mince green onions

  3. Drain and mince water chestnuts.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
