Recipe Ingredients for Low FAT/Sodium Corn Chowder

2 tbls chopped onion
2 tbls chopped celery
2 tbls chopped sweet peppers
4 cups corn
1 cup potato, raw, cubed
1 cup water
2 cups fat free milk
2 tbls flour
1 tbs olive oil
1 pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbls parsley, fresh, chopped

Recipe Directions for Low FAT/Sodium Corn Chowder

brown veggies (except potato and corn) in oil. Add potato, corn and spices and water and cook until potatoes soft; mix flour with 1/2 cup of milk and add slowly, then add rest of ingredients and simmer until heated and thickened, sprinkle with fresh parsley
