Chicken and Rice. Recipe cooks for up to 6 hrs. then some further prep, then an additional 45.

Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat Slow Cooker Chicken-N-Rice

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cups brown rice
10 1/2 oz 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
10 1/2 oz 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Low-Fat Slow Cooker Chicken-N-Rice

  1. Cook chicken and garlic in 4.5 cups of water on low for 4-6 hrs.

  2. When chicken is done, shred and put back in crock (Do not drain water).

  3. Add rice and cook for 20-30 mins. or until rice is done.

  4. When rice is done add soups and let cook for 15 more mins.

  5. Serve with Jalapenos for extra zest.
