Yummy low fat lasagna that hits the spot

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Sloppy Lasagna

6 oz whole wheat pasta
15 oz Part skim Ricotta Cheese
14 oz firm tofu
1 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
15 oz tomato sauce
1 cup Water
1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Sloppy Lasagna

Cook pasta to adente. Cook turkery meat, and veggies add tomato sauce, water... simmer for 20 minutes till thicken. Drain pasta, in 9x9 pan, put a layer of meat sauce down, then pasta down, then layer of cheese, do this until you run out. Put in preheated oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts.... Serve warm.
