Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Sloppy Joes

8 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/8 cup, diced Celery
1/8 cup, chopped Carrots
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 cup Spaghetti Sauce Four Cheese
1 tbsp Vinegar red wine
4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Oregano, Ground

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Sloppy Joes

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and next 7 ingredients; sauté 5 minutes or until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Stir in ketchup and next 6 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
