Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Savory Roasted Cod

20 ounce cod
1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions
1 slice turkey bacon
1/2 pint grape tomatoes, halved
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Savory Roasted Cod

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Place cod fillets on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Divide thinly sliced scallions on top of cod, followed by bacon pieces.

  4. Scatter grape tomato halves around fish.
