3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.5 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 tbsp Butter
0.17 cup Flour, All Purpose

  1. Separate egg white and yoks.

  2. Beat egg whites into peaks with sugar.

  3. Mix everything else in a separate bowl; then carefully mix with egg white.
