Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Raspberry Muffins

275 g plain flour
15 ml baking powder
115 g caster sugar
1 egg
250 ml buttermilk
60 ml sunflower oil
150 g raspberries

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Raspberry Muffins

  1. preheat oven to 200'c. put 12 paper cases in muffin tin. sift flour and baking powder into mixing bowl. Stir in sugar, then make a well.

  2. mix the egg, buttermilk and oil in a jug and por into the well. mix quickly.

  3. add the raspberries and lightly fold with a metal spoon. spoon into cases.

  4. bake the muffins for 20-25mins untill golden brown and firm in the middle. remove to wire rack to cool.
