This is kind of like a gravy, but delicious on top of a green salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat Ranch Dressing

2 cups almond milk
3 tbsp corn starch (ultra gel)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp dried onion
1 tsp dill

Recipe Directions for Low-Fat Ranch Dressing

  1. Blend the milk and ultra Gel (modified food Starch) with the Vita-Mix for 30 seconds.

  2. Wait a couple of minutes until thick and add the spices. Blend on low until mixed.

  3. Makes a little more than 2 cups and can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
