Recipe Ingredients for Low fat quiche

2 eggs
5 egg whites
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 cup light soymilk
1/4 cup flour
4 mushrooms
1 cup spinach

Recipe Directions for Low fat quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Chop veggies. Mix everything together and pour into one 9 in baking dish or smaller ramekins.

  3. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. The top will be golden brown and the egg mixture will have firmed up.
