Recipe Ingredients for Low-fat potato salad

6 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1.5 cup, diced Celery
0.75 cup Plain Nonfat
2.116 oz Dressing
4 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
4 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard
4 tsp California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic
0.5 cup Traditional Feta Crumbled

Recipe Directions for Low-fat potato salad

Boil potatoes 20-30 minutes; cube and put in large bowl. Dice green onions and celery - add to potatoes. In smaller bowl, mix yogurt, salad dressing, mustard, and garlic; mix into potatoes. Stir in crumbled feta cheese. Chill for at least 4 hours prior to serving.
