1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash of salt
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 cup of water

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Polenta with Parmesan Cheese

combine the cornmeal with the basil, rosemary, salt and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Add water and mix well. Cook polenta on a saucepan until it thickens and starts bubbling. Remove from heat.
