This is a great way to get your protien and veggies in! I use fat free turkey instead of regular and mozza made with skim milk.

Recipe Ingredients for low-fat pizza

1 whole wheat pita
10 g turkey slices
1 c baby spinach
1/4 c mushrooms
1 tbsp pizza sauce
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c fresh tomatos

Recipe Directions for low-fat pizza

take a pita and spread pizza sauce. layer ingreadiants acordingly. I like to have my mushrooms thinly sliced. back in the over (toaster oven) for about 10 min.
