Recipe Ingredients for Low-fat pie crust

150 grams Tesco Graham Flour
30 grams Margarine, 70% Vegetable Oil Spread, Soybean And Soybean(Hydrogenated)
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tbsp Sweet Orange Marmalade
80 grams Light Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Low-fat pie crust

Mix sugar and flour in a bowl. Rub margarine (cutted into small pieces) until small crumbles form. Add yogurt and jam. Knead the dough until it holds (you may add some water or flour, if needed). Refrigerate for an hour. Before using, let it stand on room temperature for 5 minutes. Roll out, prebake in a lined pie pan (10 -15 minutes at 180 C). Fill with whatever you like.
