A lower fat version of "Low Fat Cheesy Pesto Pizza" without the cheese..yummy.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Pesto Pizza

2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup fresh basil
3 tsp parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2/3 cup skim milk
4 tbsp cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Pesto Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Lightly grease a rimmed pizza pan or baking sheet.

  3. In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, oregano and black pepper. Mix in cornstarchand milk; stir well.

  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and tilt until evenly coated.

  5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  11. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 25 minutes, until crust is set.
