Recipe Ingredients for low fat peanut butter banana bread

40 g unsweetened apple sauce
65 g splenda no calorie
2 egg whites
45 g peanut butter
78 g bananas, mashed
85 g all-purpose flour
2 g baking soda

Recipe Directions for low fat peanut butter banana bread

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.

  3. Add eggs; beat well.

  4. Stir in peanut butter, bananas, flour and baking soda until blended.

  5. Pour into prepared pan.

  6. Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.

  7. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
