4 boneless skinless chicken breats 2 egg whites 1 cup fat free breadcrumbs 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1 and 1/2 cups low fat marinara sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Parmesan Chicken

1 serving harvestland: thin sliced breasts chicken, 7.75 lb
1/4 cup Fat Free Cheese
3 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/2 cup Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Parmesan Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 450.

  2. Place egg whites in a shallow bowl, and breadcrumbs. Breadcrumbs and half the parmesan cheese on a plate.

  3. Dip into egg whites, coats in breadcrumb/cheese mix. Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes. Heat sauce separately. When chicken is cooked, sprinkle remaining Parmesan and sauce on top and serve.
