Recipe Ingredients for Low Fat Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

4 serving All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 serving Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.25 cup Fat Free Frozen Yogurt Homemade Vanilla
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Raisins
0.25 cup, chopped Pecans

Recipe Directions for Low Fat Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Mix dry ingredients in bowl.

  2. Mix wet ingredients, add to dry.

  3. Mix in oats, raisins, and pecans.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
