Pretty traditional except corn oil instead of butter and a nice additional flavor from molasses.

Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat oatmeal drop cookies

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 cups oats
1 egg, beaten
0.12 cup water (2 Tbsp)
1/2 cup corn oil
1 tbsp molasses
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Low-Fat oatmeal drop cookies

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Add wet ingredients and combine until moistened. Add raisins.

  3. Drop by tablespoons on greased cookie sheet.

  4. Bake at 350 for 10-13 min or until edges are browned.
