Recipe Ingredients for low fat nachos

1 ounce baked tostitos
3 ounces ground turkey
2 ounces refried beans, 99% fat free
1 ounce 75% light cheddar, cabot
2 tablespoons salsa
1 tablespoon fat free sour cream
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 ounce black olives

Recipe Directions for low fat nachos

  1. brown the turkey over med heat in skillet, you can add mexican seasoning if you wish, but it will raise sodium content

  2. add chips to oven proof plate, adding warmed beans and drained turkey meat and cheese.

  3. place under broiler until cheese is bubble and warm

  4. top with the rest of the ingredient and enjoy!
