Recipe Ingredients for low fat moist bran muffins

2 c bran
1 c brown sugar
2 1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c crushed pineapple
2 c 1% milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp molasses

Recipe Directions for low fat moist bran muffins

  1. mix wet

  2. mix dry

  3. add wet to dry

  4. mix to moisten only

  5. fill cups 2/3 full

  6. bake 350 for 15 minutes
