A lower fat meatloaf, moist with a lot of flavor

Recipe Ingredients for Low fat meatloaf

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground turkey breast
1/4 c. celery chopped
1/4 c. onion chopped
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. oatmeal
4 oz. V8 juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/5 tsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Low fat meatloaf

Mix ground beef and turkey. Add chopped onion and celery. Mix in oatmeal, salt and italian seasoning. Add V8 juice and worcestershire sauce. Mix well and pat into loaf in 9X5X3 inch pan sprayed with vegetable spray. Bake 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Add catsup to top if desired and cook a couple more minutes. Makes 16 thin slices.
