Recipe Ingredients for Low-Fat Meatballs

1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
1/4 cup 1% milk
2 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 oz grated parmesan cheese
1/2 yellow onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 large egg white, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Low-Fat Meatballs

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients together (starting with 1/2 cup bread crumbs).

  2. Mix and add in more bread crumbs if needed to hold together.

  3. Shape into desired size balls. Place in a baking pan.

  4. Spray with cooking spray. Oven-bake until completely cooked through.

  5. Use in you favorite recipes.
